Dear Sir,
I have been purchased a product name is Samsung Power bank that is 64GB memory card from this site. But The product mentioned on the website that is not exactly it’s different. I have received the gods n 5/5/2017. After receiving the goods I have found that this is duplicate and immediately I have sent a mail to them to replace with original product but I didn’t get any reply from www.zoniic.com Therefore, I am requesting to you please help me in this case t get the original Samsung power bank. Details I have already attached herewith.

Dear Sir,
I have ordered these products from the website, it stated that the prducts were by Samsung. I have purchased samsung power bank which is 25000mAh & samsung bluetooth Headset but also when I found that these products are fake (The fake MI Company powerbank did not have a capacity of 25000mAh and not charge to my mobile and not a bettary backup) I have complained to the company consumer care email asking for refund but they reply was nt satisfactory, also I tried calling the customer care please take action against these case

I bought samsung power bank 25000mAh and memory card 24GP via zoniic. It’s not working the powerbank USB port connection failed then the power storage capacity very less even I didn’t charging my mobile phne. Memory card very slow speed and my files corrupted after stored in memory card. I had drop the mail to Zoniic customer care and mentioned contact no the call not allowed they are not responding my feedback. So I want to refund my money please kindly help me.

I am P. Jeeanantham residing at 228, Sakthi theatre road, P.N. Patty, Mettur Dam TK, Salem DT, Pincode 636402, Tamil Nadu Mob: 9994258163. I havve ordered the above mentioned product Order ID: 117297000396320 Through online under Zoniic on 08.05.17 as cahs on delivery for Rs 899+ Deliery charge Rs 99. I hae receied the product on 17.05.17 evening by a private courier Arun Kumar-09944582266 and I found that the product was duplicate and it is not worthfull. I havve shocked that I hae noticed so many online complaints has been registered against ZONIIC in their web page. I searched for their customer care number but there is nothing so I humbly requesting you to take immediate action against zoniic that will be helpfull stop further order to zoniic from peoples. So d the needfull.

Maine ek power bank kharida hai lekin wo working condition me nahi hai jis par 25000 mAh likha hai lekin wo ek phone bhi charge nahi karta hai company ko kae bar mail kiya lekin koyi reply nahi aaya aur na hi koyi power bank return lene aaya please do the need full help, power bank charge hota hai aur jaldi hi discharge ho jata hai zoniic ka customer care no bhi nahi hai please help me

I bought a samsung 25000 mAh battery pack worth Rs 898 with 64gb memory card, actual memory found on 64gb card was 0.97mb. Order id is 117297000388929 in zoniic. very poor quality. Very much disappinted with the product. It didn’t evven served it’s purpose partially. I didn’t get it charging my device at least 50% at a single time as because it. The product which I bought get itself dead within that. The memary caard is useless which shows it’s storage space as 0.97mb. The address of company is 37/19/22, behind IGL pump, Kapashera, New Delhi 110037.
