WRONG PRODUCT AND ABOUT REFUND AND RETURN

I have ordered a combo pack t- shirt this price Rs 999 . They did not give my product that i ordered they sent another thing behalf of mine.
Its order ID is 880017550457968 and Tracking No. 1392418019286.sir do something and get my rupees or my ordered product. Please help me.
