Need Remburstment from Blazeflash Courier

To Whom It May Concern,

I, Nilesh Jayant, had entrusted Blazeflash Courier with a delivery to Mr. G.R. Bhaskar at Add. F-122, Prem Nagar, Near Paprawat Road, Najafgarh, New Delhi-43. The consignment was dispatched from 257, Okhla Phase-3, New Delhi on the 16th of April, 2012, with POD no. 110159912.

Regrettably, the packet has not reached the intended destination. Upon inquiry at your office, I was informed that the address was incorrect, leading to the decision to not deliver the package and return it to the sender. However, I must clarify that the provided address is accurate, and despite this, I, Nilesh Jayant, have not received the packet.

I have been diligently following up on this matter every day. Today, on the 25th of April, 2012, I contacted your office once again, and I was informed that the package was empty but would still be delivered. The package, in fact, contained a 2GB RAM from Kingston, which has seemingly been lost in transit due to your side’s error. I demand its immediate retrieval.

This unfortunate incident casts a shadow on the reliability and responsibility of your service.

I urgently request the return of my packet at the earliest as its contents hold immense importance to me.
