National Institute Of Open Schooling Not received the Study material, for which I failed in oct-09 Examination

Sub: Complaint regarding study material & information.

Sir,
With reference to the above cited subject, this is to inform you that I was enrolled during the year 2009 for Sr. Secondary Science Stream, for which i paid all the required fees but till date I have not yet received the study material. I was given the admit card through the registered post around one week before. Without any prepration I sat in the Examination and written all the selected subject i.e. sub. Code. 330,311,313,312. and i failed. So, who is responsible. Though I thought I shall appair next time but again i did not get any information regarding the subbmission of exam fees and the last date is over. So, please explain me why the NIOS is playing with the carier students of remote places. If NIOS cannot provide the good education then better it shuld be closed because, we the poor students don’t have that much amount to pay to the NIOS all the time. I hope and belive that proper necessary action will be taken.

R/Sir i kartik raj singh have passed secondary exam held in oct 2010 from NIOS . I was enrolled from Rajasthan.Now we have shifted to Mumbai. i have taken admission in maharastra state board junior college ie Subham Raje junior college.For the eligibility certificate i went to board office they require migration certificate where as college principle requires leaving certificate or tc. but nios has provided only one certificate ie migration / transfer certificate. my admission procedure is not completed. board will keep original migration then one more mig/tc is required. kindly let me know how to solve this problem? if separately leaving certificate is issued by the board i can submit in the college.kindly provide me some documents how the common mig /tc can solve this problem. or kindly issue me duplicate migr/tc.  name ; Kartik Raj Singh roll no; 17008092312 email akshyd@rediffmail.com cont no; 9930982276 9920282276 regds kartik raj singh s/o Ashok Kumar Singh flat 703-04 mansarovar b wing neel kanth heights pokhran road 2 thane (w) pin 400610
