Media.net is cheating with publishers

Hi Sir,

I were a publisher with Media.net when I have receive a congratulation email by media.net. I was really excited to earn money with media.net and I will make good future with media.net but when Posted ads on my website onlinesbibank.in after posted ads. Day-by-day my traffic went low. It was huge visitors when I have reached $109 on 28 Nov. I have e-mail please increase your traffic else your account will be suspended within 24 hours. “<– See Here do we use software increase traffic within 24 hours.” What was the message.

After 24 hours my account suspended and my traffic gone down it’s only 10 visitors per day now these before it was 600 visitors per day.

How to file case against these fraudulers please advise me.
