ICICI has deducted dcard fee recently from my savings a/c. At the time of opening the branch manager convinced that he opens an account with Zero balance and there will be no additional charges.

But recently they deducted around 588.82 INR from my account without any information. it was two time happen with me. it is very hard to keep an account with ICICI if such things happen in future.

I need to know the details behind this. Kindly advise
