I want a clear explanation to this and also any other kind of such loots that might be imposed in future. Its not granted that slowly and gradually ICICI bank rob the hard earned money of common Indian people.

ICICI has deducted dcard fee recently from my savings a/c. At the time of opening the branch manager convinced that he opens an account with Zero balance and there will be no additional charges.

But recently they deducted around 223.60 INR from my account without any information. Since we are NRI customers it is very hard to keep an account with ICICI if such things happen in future.

I need to know the details behind this. Kindly advise

I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank from last one month, I am having a 5200/- balance a/c,
Now they have started charging Rs.111.24 under this category (DCARDFEE).
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter.
Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted twice from my a/c.

I have account with ICICI and I never noticed that they charge hidden charges DCARDFEE from us for using their service. This was not communicated to me when I got my account opened with ICICI bank.
They have been charging Rs 110 pa. I want to know why they charged this from us and for what purpose. If they will keep charging that amount from my account I will close all my accounts with this bank. This is Fraud. You should tell your customer before they open an account that you will charge them with something like that.

ICICI taking money agin and again

the executer had taken the money and close the credit card with all the settlement. but icici issue us the letter again and again. they cheat with us.

Misbehaviour of security guard
Hi my self Ahmed Azhar m having an account with icici bank,

I was shocked to see a person sitting inside an atm situated at Secunderabad station Monda market , beside hdfc atm , security guard name is k. Satyanarayan , n allowing two persons at the same time n even he was sitting inside , n wen I asked him to sit out side the atm as I hav to with draw some huge amount , the way he was speaking , like tu bahar ja mein Kyu Jau tujhe kisko bulana hi bula tere jaise 56 atay jatay yaha station hai market hai, he was so rude that he was pushing me with his hands , can a security guard touch a client who came to with draw money n I felt insecure , I don’t wanna get in scuffle cos with me my family was their .

Please explain me how this creepy security guard got right to get inside the ATM and behave so rudely with me as if this was his own personal cabin and atm, its such an offensive matter ? What in earth make you guys recruit so ill minded and offending mindset people…i appeal and urge you to take action on this matter and rectify it asap.

Unauthorized withdrawal
Hello,

I am Alapan Samadder. I recently noticed 6 unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account in ICICI (055801518676) made between 11:50 PM on 16th Sep 2015 and 12:08 AM on 17th September 2015. In total Rs. 13621.79 has been withdrawn without my knowledge. My debit card was with me at that time and no such transactions had been done. I request ICICI’s help on this matter urgently. I have noticed a spate of such crimes happening with ICICI account holders and no serious action taken by the bank to prevent such crimes.

I was shocked to know that my savings bank ac no 279901501978 has been debited on 26.04.2017 for Rs573.85 towards D card fee 1293 Apr 17- March 18ST74.85. I want to know why this type of unnecessary charges has been debited even though I am maintaining average balance of Rs 20 000/- in this account. Please reverse the amount immediately and credit the amount to my account immediately. Otherwise I shall lodge a complaint through banking ombudsman against your MD/CEO CHANDANA KOTCHAR .please respond immediately.

I have NRI account too, my account was charged with unnecessary fees of ~Rs.280.

I called the customer care, they converted my account to Privileged account which requires either 1lack saving balance OR 5 lac FD balance.
Customer care asked me send an email to customer care to reverse the debit card fees.
