Complaint Regarding Mis-Sold Policy – Urgent Resolution Required

Dear Team,

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction regarding the policy, number 0238111182, which was sold to me by Piyush Arora from the Noida branch. This policy has been misrepresented to me, and despite my attempts to address this issue, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Piyush Arora committed several assurances during the sale of the policy, none of which have been fulfilled. Furthermore, he has been unresponsive to my attempts to reach out to him, adding to my frustration.

I insist on the immediate cancellation of this policy and a refund of the principle amount, which amounts to RS10000. I want to highlight that the manner in which this policy was sold to me by your agent is unacceptable.

I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary and will not hesitate to involve higher authorities if a prompt resolution is not provided. I believe in honesty and fair dealings, and I expect the same level of professionalism from your company.

I am awaiting your prompt action on this matter and a satisfactory resolution at the earliest.

Shusmit:- Over the mobile conversation with Anuj who is divisional manager from Noida, he was suppose to arrange a mobile conference between that Agent “Ayush”, me, Anuj and shusmit however there was no update on it. Please provide me Anuj’s

I need my principle amount back ASAP (RS10000) as this policy was miss-sold to me by Ayush Arora from Noida branch mobile and his mobile number is 9582234394. Please let me know what is your update on it else I will take this to Higher management and Ombudsman now.

I know that I’m honest and will go till consumer court/ombudsman if I won’t get my money back

I want to ask Bajaj management that why they hire these kind of un worth full, cunning and useless employee in their company. He should be fired ASAP so that he should understand the lesson which I want to teach him.

Ayush:- This Message is for you specially as you don’t have any shame and self respect neither good credibility in market nor in his office. It was my mistake that basis his fake excuses( he told me that his father is not well and there is a financial problem in his family), which was fake excuse) I sent NOC before but now I want to take this back as he doesn’t deserve this at all, believe me if he will be not fired from this company then he will make this company’s name in darker side either in scrutiny which I don’t want.

Dev/Devesh:- Sir, can you do something for this complaint ASAP and provide my principal amount back as this policy miss-sold to me by insurance agent Ayush Arora from noida branch. I would request you go through this chain mail properly so that you can have clear picture about this serious case.

Shusmit:- where are the promises/commitments kept by Ayush when he requested NOC from me initially by giving fake excuses, now this policy has been miss-sold though I need my money back as I’m not happy with Fund structure, behavior and return, I was not aware of these information at the time of registering this policy as it was miss-sold to me by Ayush Arora from your branch, cancel this policy and give my principle amount back ASAP. He has promised me that :”please give him NOC then he will talk to head office and will return my policy principle amount”.

Miss. Jabeen S.. I need a update on this request ASAp and proper action should be taken against this agent as he is obliterates Baja’s name in market, also I look forward for a long term relation with you company if you provide me justice over here else I have to take my further action(reaching out to consumer court/ombudsman) and help from seniors in bajaj.

Hope you are doing fine!

Il see this policy from close and will decide later whether I will continue with this or not.

Since this policy was miss sold to me though I’m not sure about its fund structure and behavior in market. I will take few more days to decide and if I don’t like the growth and future prospect of this policy I may escalate again and will give instructions to company, in order to close this policy and refund me the entire principal amount to me as a exception.

No action should be taken against Insurance advisor Ayush from noida branch till my further notice, he would presume with his job fruitfully. Keep his email between your Team and me since I don’t want to disclose this in front of the same Advisor(Ayush and his co Team members since I want to judge their behavior along with this policy. Don’t keep noida branch management in loop so that I can tell you what’s going around behind you in Bajaj Allianz. If ill notice any un wanted and illegal practices, I will keep you informed about it.

Good evening and Thanks for your help till date, now hoping to resolve this issue ASAP!

Today is the lucky day for me either my escalation/complaint Email has reached in correct hands and also my message has been conveyed to is Piyush Arora from Noida branch.

13/06/2012 Morning I have received a call from Piyush himself after a long time despite h e never received my call when I use to call him before (Sounds funny) escalating this issue to Bajaj Allianz Head office and very senior officers copied above. He has promised me to meet in person at my home this coming Saturday morning around 10AM also gave me different offers to make me happy and satisfied customer and requested me take this complaint back. This Saturday, basis this meeting I will decide that whether Il take my complaint back or not.

As per this conversation in morning he was suppose to schedule a call conference with his BM(Brach Manager and me) but this never happened, I still waiting for this conference to happen. Please refer to the Email attached for your better understanding also request all senior officers copied above to take a look in this matter from close and from a prospective to close it ASAP else on Monday dated 18/06/2012 I have to escalate this problem towards much more higher end (consumer court/ombudsman).

I bit happy that Piyush Arora has accepted his mistake today morning and apologized for being very clever and cunning with me in today’s conversation.

“I would request Piyush to worship and respect his clients as we are his bread and butter always also never take any customer like me for granted going forward and try to be honest worker like me , I wish good luck for his meeting with me on Saturday and for his future endeavours”.

This Email is to make you in loop for a Grievance and major discrepancy happened with my policy as its was miss-sold to me by your insurance Advisor Piyush Arora working as Assistant manager in Noida branch near metro station, policy number 0238111182 Fund name investment Gain. This Agent has miss-sold this policy to me in November 2011 and committed wrong expectation’s and fund allocation to me moreover he is not receiving my phone calls from last 4 months when I try to call him on regular basis on his number 9582234394, request you to trace this contact number in your employee list from Noida branch.

Along with this issue he had committed me to give extra 4000rs back from his commission which he never did, this agent is taking Bajaj allianz name in wrong direction with black marred on their credibility every where which will destroy your company’s name in market going forward. This will obliterate your name in this field.

I’m a very loyal and good credit worthy customer for LIC of india and ICIC prudential, more then 5 different policy’s are under my name worth more then 2.75 lakhs annual premium with total sum assured more then 35 lakhs.He has miss-sold this small policy to me by saying that his monthly target are in trouble and he is not able to meet them in current month, being a helpful customer I helped him but after that he didn’t entertain me properly and never received my phone calls

I would request you to cancel his IRDA license so that he can’t miss-sale your company’s policy’s in future also terminate him from his services with proper action by black listing him in market. I will take this case forward in consumer court and financial ombudsman with proper legality’s against him and teach him a good lesson.

I foresee your actions on this request ASAP with proper investigation
