Hello team,
Greetings.
I am writing this email with frustration and pain.
I am Nirmalkumar and my contact number is (0)94441 60304
I have IFB washing machine and the model is SENORITA PLUS. I have an AMC with the company called “ROYAL ENTERPRISES” which is located in KORATTUR, CHENNAI. Two weeks back I called for a general service. A technician came and inspected the machine. He said that the SHOCK ABSORBER is weak and SENSOR is not working. So both needs to be changed.
The SHOCK ABSORBER will not come under AMC and it costs Rs 2800/- and the SENSOR will come under AMC. I paid Rs 2800/-. He came on 03rd with a new SHOCK ABSORBER and SENSOR. Replaced the former one and identified that the one SENSOR which he brought was not matching for the machine. So he said he will come with the suitable SENSOR. But he advised that I can use the machine.
When I used the machine, it was keep on taking water, but the motor did not start. Again I called the technician. He came and told me that SENSOR is the fault which needs to be replaced. He informed that he will come on 04th Dec evening. But he did not turn.
He informed he will come on 05th Dec and he came with a SENSOR and replaced. When I used the machine, it was running more time than the usual time. Finally during RINSE, it was keep on taking water and drum was not rotating and other side the water is flowing out.
Again I called the technician and he said that he will come on 06th Dec.
THE SERVICE IS WORST AND I WONDER HOW THIS COMPANY BECOME A IFB AUTHORIZED SERVICE DEALERS. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AND HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN MY WASHING MACHINE ASAP.
