Sir my winning prize and car cantnot send me i paid custom deuty charge.

Dear Sir,

I have paid all the required payment of Chevrolet Promotion Award. But still they didn’t send any fund or my car which I have won in the mail I have received. Please explain how to receive my Prize and car.
