My name is vanitha . I have a salary account with HDFC. The bank keep deducting ASD charges from my account. Last month itself they have deducted Rs. 1239 from my account, this is not a first incident for last 1.5 years the bank is charging ASD. How can the bank debit any amount without any prior information to their consumer. Before also I have given complaint it was unanswered. Why the bank cannot sort out this issue.
