Abount oneassit concellation

Dear Team,

I am a HDFC credit card holder, The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 8421 with out my authorisation, I dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

I urge OneAssist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT! If not, I’d be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!
